Ordering & Shipping

  1. How to Order
    To request pricing or place an order, please send your inquiry to our sales email or contact our sales team. We will respond with a formal quotation within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Products & Packaging

  1. Product Types
    We supply various charcoal products,     including hardwood charcoal, mangrove charcoal, sawdust briquette charcoal, coconut shell charcoal, and bamboo charcoal, depending on your market requirements.
  2. Packaging Options
    Packaging depends on product type and buyer requirements. Typical export packaging includes 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, or 25kg bags in carton boxes or PP bags. Customized packaging and private label options are available upon request.
  3. Minimum Order Quantity and Shipping
    The standard minimum order quantity is one 20-foot container load. We ship worldwide by sea under FOB, CFR, CIF, or DAP terms from major Vietnamese ports, including Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City. Transit time depends on the destination and the shipping schedule.
  4. Payment Terms
    We accept international payment methods, including T/T with deposit and balance against shipping documents, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight. Detailed terms are confirmed in the sales contract.

Payment & Documentation

  1. Documentation
    The standard document set includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Certificate of Analysis. Additional certificates, such as fumigation or phytosanitary,y can be arranged if requested before contract signing.

Quality & Support

  1. Quality Control
    All charcoal products are subject to strict quality control procedures to meet export standards, including checks on moisture, ash content, fixed carbon, and size consistency. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer’s cost upon request.
  2. Lead Time
    Production and packing lead times depend on the order quantity and production schedule. Shipment planning is coordinated in advance once the order is confirmed.
  3. Branding and Private Label
    Custom branding and private label packaging are available. Buyers must approvethe final artwork and specifications before mass production.
  4. Shipping Costs
    Freight and logistics costs are handled according to the agreed Incoterms. All related charges are clearly stated in the quotation or contract.
