Coffee Wood Charcoal Production Processing

Coffee Charcoal is easy ignition and has a stable and long-lasting temperature. It is extremely suitable for BBQ restaurants, grilling food at home, or camping. In this video, we go to the Charcoal Production Workshop. Our factory uses fresh firewood to make quality charcoal. After cutting into small pieces, fresh material will be transferred into the kiln.

They are burned at a temperature of 400-700 degrees C for 3-5 days to remove water in the wood. The chimney will be sealed to burn coal in an oxygen-deficient environment during 8 – 10 days. After that, we close the door and chimney completely, let the charcoal furnace turn off, and cool down for about 11 days.
