According to the General Department of Customs, in April 2022, coal exports reached 129.5 thousand tons, equivalent to 54 million USD, down 50% in volume and 10% in value compared to March. According to Article 4 of Circular No. 15/2013/TT-BCT regulating coal export, only enterprises can export coal. Coal exporting enterprises must be enterprises that are eligible for coal trading.
